IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are enrolling in the Course, please note that your materials will NOT be shipped to you in advance. Instead, we will provide your materials to you when you check in on day one. The single exception is Case Study #1, which will be sent to you by e-mail. You will need to read this Case Study before beginning the Course so that you can be ready to discuss it on Day One.

ALSO: If you are purchasing Course enrollments for more than one person, please list the names, addresses and e-mail addresses of those perons under "special instructions" during the check out procedure. We cannot give credit to someone unless we know his or her name; we cannot mail his or her Certificate of Competion without a mailing address; and we cannot e-mail the Case Study without a valid e-mail address.
